Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) / ZWW
Germany · Project Coordinator
Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz / Center for Lifelong Learning (ZWW) brings strong expertise in higher education, lifelong learning, knowledge exchange, and institutional change. ZWW supports adult learners through continuing education and works from Mainz as part of the university's civic engagement mission.
Role in the project: ZWW leads financial management, budget control, communications, accountability, mutual support, and risk measures. ZWW circulates project management and partner agreement materials and co-leads WP5 with OMK and EUCEN to support institutional sustainability and engagement.

EUCEN
Belgium · Participatory Action Research Lead
EUCEN, the European Universities Continuing Education Network, contributes expertise in higher education networks, institutional capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and lifelong learning across HEIs.
Role in the project: EUCEN leads WP2, coordinates the participatory research process, supports development of the Belonging Framework, aligns methodology across partners, contributes to long-term uptake, and connects BELONG@HEI with wider HEI networks.

UNICA – Università degli Studi di Cagliari
Italy · Capacity Building & Training Lead
UNICA brings strong experience in higher education, research, training, institutional practice, quality monitoring, and pedagogical development.
Role in the project: UNICA leads Quality Management & Impact Evaluation Strategy in WP1 and leads WP3 training through OERs. It develops training activities, open educational resources, and the pedagogical guide, organises the international training in Cagliari, and supports pilot implementation, testing, and validation with HEIs.

Outside Media & Knowledge UG
Germany · Digital Communication & Toolkit Co-Lead
Outside Media & Knowledge UG contributes digital communication, visual design, multimedia production, dissemination, and accessible online presentation of project results.
Role in the project: OMK supports the visual and digital presentation of research results, develops multimedia and accessible dissemination formats, contributes to OER production, co-leads WP4 with Pannonia on digital development, accessibility, navigation, and WP2/WP3 integration, co-leads WP5, and hosts the International Sustainability Workshop in Emmendingen.

Pannonia Consulting d.o.o.
Croatia · Policy Alignment & Toolkit Co-Lead
Pannonia Consulting d.o.o. contributes policy alignment, research support, methodological development, sustainability strategies, and knowledge of European and national higher education policy contexts.
Role in the project: Pannonia co-leads WP4 with OMK, leads the research and methodological framework for the toolkit, aligns the toolkit with HEI assessment needs and European inclusivity policies, maps best practices, supports policy development, and contributes to quality assurance and sustainability planning.
